IPCA Certifications

Certified Professional Master Chef (CPMC®)

If you have twenty (20) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as an executive chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Professional Master Chef certification and CPMC patch for your chef coat as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $499

Certified Professional Executive Chef (CPEC®)

If you have ten (10) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as an executive chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Professional Executive Chef certification and CPEC patch for your chef coat as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $299

Certified Executive Catering Chef (CECT®)

If you have ten (10) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as an executive catering chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Executive Catering Chef certification and CECT patch for your chef coat as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $299

Certified Personal Nutrition Chef (CPNC®)

If you have five (5) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as a personal chef and nutritionist, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Personal Nutrition Chef certification (Personal Chef and Nutritionist Certification) as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, provide current ManageFirst Nutrition certification, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant, assisted living environment or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $299

Certified Professional Private Chef (CPPC®)

If you have five (5) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as a private and personal chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Professional Private Chef certification) as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant, assisted living environment or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $299

Certified Sushi & Ramen Chef (CSRC®)

If you have five (5) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as a sushi or ramen chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Sushi & Ramen Chef certification as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a sushi or ramen restaurant, and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $299

Certified Professional Sous Chef (CPSC®)

If you have five (5) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as a senior line cook or sous chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Professional Sous Chef certification as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $199

Certified Garde Manger Chef (CGMC®)

If you have five (5) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as a pantry chef or Garde Manger chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Garde Manger Chef certification (Banquet & Buffet Chef Certification) as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $149

Certified Chef de Partie (CCDP®)

If you have three (3) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as a senior line cook or sous chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Chef de Partie certification (Senior Chef Certification) as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $149

Certified Cuisinier and Tournant (CCT®)

If you are a culinary arts school student and have one (1) year or more experience in the culinary arts industry, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Cuisinier and Tournant certification (Line Cook Certification) as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $79

BAKING & PATISSERIE CERTIFICATION:

Certified Patisserie Chef de Cuisine (CPCC®)

If you have ten (10) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as an executive pastry chef or a baker, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Patisserie Chef de Cuisine certification (Executive Pastry Chef Certification Level) and a CPCC patch for your chef coat as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, bakery, pastry shop, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $299

Certified Pastry Sous Chef (CPSC®)

If you have five (5) years or more experience in the culinary arts industry as the executive pastry chef’s sous chef, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Pastry Sous certification and a CPSC patch for your chef coat as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, bakery, pastry shop, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $149

Certified Boulanger and Patissier (CBP®)

If you are a culinary arts school student and have one (1) year or more experience in the culinary arts industry as a baker or pastry cook, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Boulanger and Patissier certification (Baker and Pastry Cook Certification) as long as you pass the written exam, provide current Food Handlers Card, provide three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $79

HOSPITALITY, BAR & RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION (FOH):

Certified Professional Restaurateur & Maitre D'Hotel (CPRM®)

If you have ten (10) years or more experience in the hospitality and restaurant management industry as an restaurant manager or maitre d’hotel, this is for you! You will receive the Certified Professional Restaurateur & Maitre D’Hotel certification and a CPRM patch for your suit or blazer as long as you pass the written exam, provide current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, three (3) letters of recommendation, proof of employment in a hotel, restaurant, or food service establishment and complete a personal meeting or phone conversation with Chef Louis Eguaras. $299

Certified Dining Room & Bar Manager (CDBM®)

If you have five (5) years or more experience in the hospitality and restaurant management industry as a dining room aand/or bar manager, this is for you!
